What is smoke ?

What is smoke ?

Smoke is a collection of tiny solid, liquid and gas particles. Although smoke can contain hundreds of different chemicals and fumes, visible smoke is mostly carbon (soot), tar, oils and ash. Smoke occurs when there is incomplete combustion (not enough oxygen to burn the fuel completely). In complete combustion, everything is burned, producing just water and carbon dioxide. When incomplete combustion occurs, not everything is burned. Smoke is a collection of these tiny unburned particles. Each particle is too small to see with your eyes, but when they come together, you see them as smoke.

Relating, from darkness to His marvelous light, as in life we transform, and we come through the smoke, and filter through the particles to see that window of hope, a breath of fresh air in His atmosphere. As you are here grasp hold to the consuming fire, sweet perfume, bow down and worship Him. Enjoy the particles smoke through God, wisdom, success, positive agression, finances, motivation, and direct drive to improve you.

How to Put Stress to Rest!

Everyone experiences stress, but do you really know the effects of stress on your mind, body, and health? According to the American Medical Association, stress is the leading cause of death in association to heart disease, cancer, and the increase in suicides. Stress is a response to fear, such as worrying, constant pressure, or feeling threatened. The body reacts to stress by increasing your heart rate, energy levels, and puts you in a “fight or flight mode.” In a stress response for an animal that is in danger, this helps send oxygen to the brain and muscles quickly so it can react to danger, such as a lion chasing a zebra. To your body, having stressful thoughts is no different from getting chased by a lion. You experience the same response as the zebra each time you have stressful thoughts, become overwhelmed by anxiety, or argue. The continuity of this harmful cycle, in turn, leads to heart disease, stroke, or even death, due to an increase in blood pressure, chemical imbalance, and inactivity of the immune system. Is stressing out really worth your health? Of course not! Here are 5 ways to prevent stress: Exercising keeps the “happy hormone” serotonin flowing and gives me the energy to complete any task and remain stress-free! It can be done anywhere. The idea is to get your body moving so these chemicals are released. Praying helps me stay positive and in-tune with myself. This simple action exercises my self-awareness, and allows me to balance myself out. It’s as simple as sitting still and breathing. Positive affirmations like “I am thankful for…” or “I can do this because…” or “Nothing can bring me down today.” — Keep this up and see how quick stress subsides. Smiling and laughing! There is nothing a smile and a good chuckle can’t fix. Try it! Staying balanced is the key! I go from working hard all day to simply rejoicing and relaxing with a cup of tea and a book. How do you stay balanced?
