What is smoke ?

What is smoke ?

Smoke is a collection of tiny solid, liquid and gas particles. Although smoke can contain hundreds of different chemicals and fumes, visible smoke is mostly carbon (soot), tar, oils and ash. Smoke occurs when there is incomplete combustion (not enough oxygen to burn the fuel completely). In complete combustion, everything is burned, producing just water and carbon dioxide. When incomplete combustion occurs, not everything is burned. Smoke is a collection of these tiny unburned particles. Each particle is too small to see with your eyes, but when they come together, you see them as smoke.

Relating, from darkness to His marvelous light, as in life we transform, and we come through the smoke, and filter through the particles to see that window of hope, a breath of fresh air in His atmosphere. As you are here grasp hold to the consuming fire, sweet perfume, bow down and worship Him. Enjoy the particles smoke through God, wisdom, success, positive agression, finances, motivation, and direct drive to improve you.

The Power of Love

Love has a strange but has the perfect power to simmer through you, and ask you to take a wonderful fragrant sniff. The power is the strength that works the perfect form of romance with patience. When you are simmered you are at a low heat and warmth all through the body. There is patient warmth through every organ in the unique body that God has created. There is a fragrance like no other that has pure power that makes love wonderful. There is strength in a pungent fragrance that has never been tasted, or driven away in the soul. The fragrance is made to be true and has no room for acidic advantage for deployment through the body, soul, and mind. What is this fragrance, and what does it smell like, and what level of power does it have. The fragrance is called truthfulness in one, and it does not have a smell or taste to have the ultimate dream to think about. In reality it does have many levels of power such as commitment, sharing, truth, faithfulness, togetherness, understanding, and many more that are too many to number. To utter commitment is to bind or obligate as by a pledge, or to trust or make a charge, and you have that potent power. To share is a portion allotted to a person, something jointly, and the power is yours to explore with the power of love. Truth is the power of corresponding with reality, and it’s a verifiable indisputable fact, and it can make the power of love undividable. Faithfulness is an allegiance and confidence or trust in a person, and has a lot of loyalty, and fidelity, which ca draw a stronger power of love. Togetherness can draw a warm and fragrant fellowship in a willing & working relationship that is leading to the power of love. Understanding is a different animal in the power of love. Understanding is a challenge in comprehension, intellectual ability, and pure intelligence to understand the power of love. It is the tolerance, and mutual agreement in a flavorful corresponding God filled & accepted relationship with power. There are many more undisputable actions that complete the power of love, and make it so much more desirable to understand why we as people in relationships need the “Power Of Love”.

The Danial fast

What is the Daniel Fast? The Daniel Fast is a biblically based partial fast. It is a method of fasting that men, women and young people all over the world are using as they enter into the spiritual discipline of prayer and fasting. There are two anchoring scriptures for the Daniel Fast. In Daniel 1 the Prophet ate only vegetables (that would have included fruits) and drank only water. So from these scriptures we get two of the guidelines for the fast: 1. Only fruits and vegetables 2. Only water for a beverage Then in Daniel 10 we read that the Prophet ate no meat nor any precious breads or foods and he drank no wine for 21 days. So from this scripture, we get a third guideline: 3. No sweeteners and no breads Finally, with all the above puzzle pieces, we conclude that no artificial or processed foods nor any chemicals are allowed on the Daniel Fast. When asked about the eating plan on the Daniel Fast, I often say it is a "vegan diet with even more restrictions." Be sure to read the ingredients on labels of prepared foods to make sure they only include Daniel Fast friendly ingredients. The Daniel Fast teaches us to deny our "selves" and instead put our spirit in control over our flesh. As you plan your meals and eat your food, keep in mind that the definition of a fast is to deny food for a spiritural purpose

How to Put Stress to Rest!

Everyone experiences stress, but do you really know the effects of stress on your mind, body, and health? According to the American Medical Association, stress is the leading cause of death in association to heart disease, cancer, and the increase in suicides. Stress is a response to fear, such as worrying, constant pressure, or feeling threatened. The body reacts to stress by increasing your heart rate, energy levels, and puts you in a “fight or flight mode.” In a stress response for an animal that is in danger, this helps send oxygen to the brain and muscles quickly so it can react to danger, such as a lion chasing a zebra. To your body, having stressful thoughts is no different from getting chased by a lion. You experience the same response as the zebra each time you have stressful thoughts, become overwhelmed by anxiety, or argue. The continuity of this harmful cycle, in turn, leads to heart disease, stroke, or even death, due to an increase in blood pressure, chemical imbalance, and inactivity of the immune system. Is stressing out really worth your health? Of course not! Here are 5 ways to prevent stress: Exercising keeps the “happy hormone” serotonin flowing and gives me the energy to complete any task and remain stress-free! It can be done anywhere. The idea is to get your body moving so these chemicals are released. Praying helps me stay positive and in-tune with myself. This simple action exercises my self-awareness, and allows me to balance myself out. It’s as simple as sitting still and breathing. Positive affirmations like “I am thankful for…” or “I can do this because…” or “Nothing can bring me down today.” — Keep this up and see how quick stress subsides. Smiling and laughing! There is nothing a smile and a good chuckle can’t fix. Try it! Staying balanced is the key! I go from working hard all day to simply rejoicing and relaxing with a cup of tea and a book. How do you stay balanced?

"What is a Firefighter Worth"

What is a firefighter worth? There has been so much talk recently about things like containing costs, lowering taxes, and those who work in public safety being overpaid - particularly firefighters - that it could make your head spin. We've all done the "simple math," crunched the numbers, and it all seems to boil down to a simple question. What are firefighters worth? I guess that depends. We live in a country that seems to have forgotten what our priorities are. A man can be a skilled athlete who happens to throw and catch a football well, and make millions and millions of dollars to do so. And we as a society are not only OK with that, but we gather in front of our televisions and cheer that man on. Meanwhile, a firefighter kisses his children goodbye before every shift knowing the harsh reality that it very well could be the last time he will see them, and he is fighting tooth and nail for decent health coverage and substantial pay to support those children. He is the man that you call when your elderly father has a stroke. He is the person that will extract your 16-year-old son from a mangled vehicle on the highway in the middle of the night. He is the person that will be there in a heartbeat when your newborn infant stops breathing. He is the person who is exposed to countless dangerous scenarios and has seen horrific things during his career that would psychologically haunt most of us for the rest of our lives. We trust him to save our homes and belongings in the event of a disastrous fire, and we trust him to keep us breathing and our hearts beating when we face our most critical moments. What is he worth to you? He sometimes will go days without sleep, and make life altering decisions on every call he shows up to. He has missed family meals, bedtime stories, Christmas mornings, school plays, anniversaries, Thanksgiving dinners, and his own children's birthdays. We all know that life is so very short, and firefighters sacrifice precious time with the most important people in their lives to save the lives of the most important people in yours. And now they have to defend and protect their pensions, well deserved health benefits, and their paychecks. It has been proposed by some that they lose many of their benefits, and work extra shifts that they will not be compensated for. There seems to be a serious misconception that firefighters are in it for the monetary gain, and more and more often have been portrayed in a negative light for actually expecting to be compensated for the sacrifices that they make to do their job. For an individual that has chosen this selfless career, it begs the question: Is it worth it? Most of us are willing to pay a little extra for something if it is important to us,¬Ã¤whether it be the shoes we wear, the doctor we choose to treat us, or even the cup of coffee we drink. It is something that we value, therefore it is worth the cost. Most would agree that our safety and protection is of unmeasurable value. Those of us that are skilled in math may look at the numbers and think that stripping those who serve our public of their way to earn a decent living is an answer to a financial equation. But firefighters and their families are not numbers on a piece of paper. They are human beings that are doing their jobs every day to the best of their ability, and possibly sacrificing their own lives for the life of a stranger. Not many of us in our right mind would do that for free, and no one should have to. So before making our minds up that firefighters are the financial problem, sit down with a local firefighter and ask him about his job. Ask him about his wife and his sons or daughters, what kind of house he lives in, and what type of car he drives. And then ask yourself, if you were to take on such a career, what would you expect in return? Tina Clarke Proud wife of a Cumberland firefighter

"God is Real"

God shows me so many times that He is real. No matter how many times I mess up, He keeps the blessings up. If I need a prize fighter in my corner, He is always there to win the prize back from Satan. No matter what I think I am going through, there is always somebody doing much worse. I say to myself, I thought my problems were bad, no comparison. God will fight all of your battles, let Him [Exodus 14:14] He is a fighter wit one heck of an upper cut, and a Spirit driven knockout punch.
