"Smoke"
Smoke, it causes you to think slower, but being excited at the same time. You will exibit redness of the eyes, with watery eyes, and constant blinking. The particles smother the Avioli's inside of your lungs. Attaches to the moist hairs inside of your nose. Lines itself within the open pockets of mucus inside of the throat, and entices you to hack a few coughs to expell the mucus. In short, Smoke can kill you wear your S.C.B.A. and live. "SMOKE CAN CAUSE CANCER AND MANY OTHER RESPERTORY ISSUES LONG AND SHORT TERM".

Real Friends
Money and Real Friends needed to help this Kool Brother to go on a 2 week vacation to Dubai in the U.A.E., I would love a Persian Excursion for 2 weeks to do away with the so called stresses of life. "FEAR"
The very moment you first feel fear, you have to resist it and act against it. If you make the mistake of dwelling on your fears and start thinking about all the reasons why you can’t do what God is telling you to do, then it won’t be long before you develop a negative mindset that will make it much more difficult to overcome.
When God told David to go fight Goliath, the Bible says that David moved quickly toward the battlefield. In other words, he didn’t think about it. He didn’t allow fear to grip his heart and talk him out of it. He just did what God wanted him to do.
So many people today are just sitting on the sidelines of life. They have tremendous potential on the inside, but they keep letting the enemy talk them out of doing what God wants them to do. Every time they get a vision of victory for their life, the enemy brings fear; and they just swallow his lies hook, line, and sinker. Don’t let that be you! Instead, obey quickly. Resist fear and boldly embrace everything the Lord has in store for you!
Pray, Father God, today I choose to resist fear. I choose Your Word. I choose Your love. I believe that with You, all things are possible. Thank You for giving me the power to live in victory in every area of my life. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Time
Time is an awkward version of movement. you have to look back to get a visual to where you came from. It is a movement from one place to another, because time can travel and just as we travel, so does time. It takes time to do things, it takes time to wake up, Praise god, it takes time to pray to start your day, it takes time to wash up, it takes time to prepare breakfast, and consume it, it takes time to get to work or school, as i look on and on, it takes time to do a lot of things. All praises be to God that he grants us time, and patience that some of us have, but you need them both. When I look back to where God has brought me from I see a lot of change, learning, progression, and the will to do life God's way. In time you find that that works better then anything on this earth.

"Handbook for 2011"
Health:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a
beggar.
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
5. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer.
6. Play more games.
7. Read more books than you did in 2008.
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
9. Sleep for 7 hours.
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.
Personality:
11. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their
journey is all about.
12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
13. Don't over do. Keep your limits.
14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
15. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
16. Dream more while you are awake.
17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
18. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with his/her

"Confessions Cleansing"
“Have mercy on me O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.” Psalm 51:1-2
Confession is cleansing. It is coming clean with God. Our hearts become soiled over time and need purifying. A dirty heart is not unlike the engine of a well-driven car. The shiny washed and waxed hood can cover an engine that is baked with road film, grime and grease. The responsible and conscientious car owner will have his car detailed but also overall maintained .
This precise process cleans every nook and cranny of the car. Our hearts need the same. We need an ongoing detail job. We need God to bring back the newness of our faith and the freshness of our sensitivity to sin. The opposite of a cleansed heart is a hardened heart. We become hardened to humi lity. We become hardened to honesty.
We become hardened to change. We become hardened to learning. We become hardened to people. And, worst of all, we become hardened to God. This is a hard way to live. On the other hand, we can take responsibility for our sin and agree with Him about its hideous presence in our lives.
Confession is agreeing with God on what is right and what is wrong. It is admitting to the violation of one of His commands and then coming clean with Him. Confession is coming to grips with what God already knows. Confession is not new information to God, but it does remove the walls of pride that we build up.
Pride is a reason for un-confessed sin. We do not want to admit we are wrong. Confession punctures our “pride balloon”. However, this is exactly what needs to happen. Pride needs to be deflated and replaced with humility. There are many benefits to confession, and this is just one of them. C onfession lifts guilt and gives you a jolt of joy.
Oh the freedom of a clear conscience! You do not have to rack your brain in remembrance of past offenses that you continue to cover up. Your energy is freed to sow righteousness rather than try to keep a lid on sin. Unconfessed sin does not go away. It will come out one way or another. It may manifest itself in your health and or your attitude, but it will not remain hidden.
The greatest benefit of confession is our reengagement with God. What a lonely place it is to be estranged from your heavenly Father. He is daily waiting for you to turn to Him and set the relationship straight. A fractured friendship with your best friend can be deeply painful. Confession begins the relational healing process.
Confession to God may lead to confession with people. Sometimes this is harder because certain people may not forgive you. However, your confession to another may free them to do the same. Confession is disarming. It gives others the freedom to open up and not fear condemnation. Confession gives you the moral authority to mentor, lead, parent and teach others.
Your posture becomes one of weakness and dependence on God and people, instead of prideful power and the cover up of sin. Confession is healing. The wounds, sometimes deep wounds, that you have unknowingly inflicted or received begin to heal with the ointment of confession. Come clean today with God and others. Then, watch the power of confession draw you closer to God and closer to people!

Opportunity

God has our backs
To put you on notice, "Satan is full speed ahead on our tracks, but God has always got our backs". Trust in the King of Kings & Lord of Lords, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, He is there, and see's all, knows all. I strongly find in life that He wants us to do it his was, and not ours. Since you birth into this world you were innocent to life as we know it. As life went on we picked up habits of this world, however some we have kicked to the curb, but some we kept because we are afraid of what some of our friends would say. So no matter what you do, God knows about it all, the lies, the deceit, the language, and whatever else we do. This is His atmosphere, and he knows what goes on, remember that. None of us are perfect, and we all have fallen short of the Glory of God.
